I feel like this picture is the epitome of the way I feel this week - I've been living like a Vampiress and seeing the sun has been frightening for the past two days. Yes, this coming from a proclaimed SoCal Sun worshiper! Although working nights is something that happens for me every 6 weeks for 3 nights, I'll never get used to it. My life literally gets turned upside down and I feel like the world is going on without me. I miss phone calls, respond to emails days late, I always seem to forget where I've parked my car - I basically lose my mind for a good week, because honestly, even after the overnights are over I'm still a frazzled mess for a few more days. Well what's a girl to do, I work in an industry that requires installations to be done during non work hours. We're like fairies of the night, transforming stores in 3 days in the blink of an eye....seriously MAGICAL. I'm sure to be extra batty this weekend considering that when I get off at 6am I'll be heading straight to LAX to hop a flight to MA for 2 days to preform more MAGICAL fairy work all by myself. Kind of nervous for this lil trip because things are in my hands, making it my big chance to prove myself. I'm holding on to my big girl panties, this is going to be one amazing ride. Bring on the coffee and Tylenol PM, I'm ready.
