After finding a sequin pocket tee the other day at Madewell with a price tag that did not scream buy me, I decided to take matters into my own hands and create something that was uniquely mine. Nothing is better than a one of a kind item made with love! I amped up the sparkle appeal by using star shaped sequins mixed with circular ones in different sizes and shades of pink, purple and gold. I love the finished product and wore it around yesterday to the Farmer's Market and the Melrose Trading Post Flea Market paired with my new Madewell boyfriend shorts and flats. It was the perfect mix of girly sparkle and laid back casual - all with a price tag under $10!
