Loving this dress from Givenchy's Spring 09 Runway. I love the light lilac hue which lends itself nicely to the airy quality of the dress and I'm absolutely loving the FEATHERS!!!! I'm really into the details of garments, but it has to be done right of course - here it adds just the right amount of detail without over powering the rest of the dress and making it look like a huge ridiculous headdress. Its a gorgeous day out today in LALA Land - did some sketching this morning and now I'm thinking about going in and adding some feathers to some of my dresses - oooo and FRINGE! Yes fringe, I'm loving the idea of that! Stay tuned....xx Lolita
