My hectic schedule has left little time for blogging lately! Things don't look like they'll be slowing down anytime soon, so I'm going to have to figure out a new plan. My weekend was full to the brim with fabulous activities and way too MUCH CAKE. Okay well we all know there is no such thing as too much cake, but I will say there was a lot of baking and decorating going on. I'm happy to report that the Thing 1 & Thing 2 loved their cakes and the cupcakes were gone in seconds with all the little ones around. I was smart enough to save one cupcake for myself which I just ate for dinner in exchange for a full night of laundry, dishes, and chores. Sometimes I love being a grown up.
